Treegas Egypt localizes the manufacture of fiberglass LPG cylinders

The factory has an annual production capacity of half a million assembled cylinders.

The project includes the construction of a fiberglass cylinder production plant, a filling station, and a gas valve and pressure regulator production line in the Sokhna Industrial Zone of the Suez Canal Economic Zone. The first phase will be implemented in two phases. Investments in the first phase amount to 7 million euros, creating 200 direct jobs and more than 450 indirect jobs, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 assembled cylinders. The second phase will have a total investment of 3 million euros, including a filling station and a gas valve and pressure regulator production line.

Egyptian Trigas plans to enter Jordanian and Gulf markets with its products.

Yesterday morning, on the sidelines of the second day of the Third International Industry Exhibition and Forum, the Chairman of the General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone and Dr. Amani Eid, CEO of Ebdaa Project Development Company, witnessed the signing of a purchase and supply agreement between Egyptian Trigas, a manufacturer of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders, and Omani Muscat Gas. The agreement will see Trigas distribute all of its products in Jordan and all Gulf countries.
